Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Quality Administrator to join our clients team at SF Recruitment.

This role requires a highly organized individual with a passion for maintaining quality standards and ensuring compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for liaising with our manufacturing sites and coordinating with customers to ensure smooth submission processes and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • PPAP & IMDS Submissions:
    • Liaise with manufacturing sites to coordinate and manage PPAP and IMDS submissions.
    • Administer PPAP and IMDS request systems on behalf of customers.
    • Ensure timely communication with plants and successful completion and approval of PPAP and IMDS.
    • Review and release PPAP documentation to customers and monitor IMDS uploads.
  • Quality Management System (QMS)
    • Maintain and update procedures and instructions in the QMS.
    • Monitor and participate in the internal audit program.
  • Customer Reporting & Quality Concerns:
    • Co-manage customer reporting portals.
    • Create and distribute monthly factory performance reports.
    • Communicate with HQ and overseas manufacturing locations for quality-related matters.
    • Support customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving quality concerns.
  • Regulatory Compliance Administration:
    • Ensure compliance with regulations such as SCIP, REACH/RoHS, Conflict Minerals, and CoC.
Required Skills:
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • Strong team player with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, permanent days
