We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Net-Temps. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades, maintaining workflow and preventing delays.
- Enforce health and safety regulations, reducing risks and promoting a safe work environment.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.
- Background in Building and Construction, specifically Housing.
- Ability to work across the Midlands region.
- Willingness to wear Full PPE (hard hat, High Vis, and Safety boots).
- Working reference.
- Right to work in the UK.
What We Offer:
A competitive daily rate of £260.
