Job Title: Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Net Temps Limited. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and trades, maintaining workflow and preventing delays.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations, reducing risks and promoting a safe work environment.
  • Monitor project progress, assess work quality, and report updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.
  • Background in Building and Construction, specifically Housing.
  • Ability to work across the Midlands, with a focus on Coventry.
  • Willingness to wear Full PPE (hard hat, High Vis, and Safety boots).
  • Working reference and right to work in the UK.
