We're looking for a passionate and energetic individual who can provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. As a Fragrance Specialist, you'll be responsible for showcasing our unique and luxurious fragrances to customers, while also building strong relationships with our global colleagues and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience
- Showcase our fragrances and gifting products to customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits
- Work collaboratively with our high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and visual merchandising
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our fragrances and gifting products, including their ingredients, benefits, and features
- Build strong relationships with our global colleagues and corporate clients, providing exceptional service and support
