About the Company:
Our client is a well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in the heart of London. You will be based permanently at their Insurance client in the city, supporting a team of 3 and around 150 users.
Position Overview:
The Service Centre is the public face of the IT Department, providing essential support to the business and customers. This role offers the opportunity to work with enterprise-grade financial systems and develop new skills on the job.
- Respond to and resolve email, phone, and walk-up requests for service from internal and external customers, following established procedures.
- Perform security administration tasks, including granting access to IT resources.
- Carry out IT desktop computer deployments and moves.
- Manage IT consumable stock levels and order replacements as needed.
- Contribute to projects and changes as instructed by the manager.

Essential Skills and Personal Qualities:
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of self-motivation.
- High proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
