Position Overview

The selected individual will oversee various human resources functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding processes, employee separations, payroll management, and benefits administration, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will cultivate strong partnerships with management to address their human resource requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering a streamlined recruitment service that aligns with organizational standards and protocols, participating in interviews, and ensuring a fair and equitable selection process throughout the organization.
  • Providing initial support and advice on employee relations issues such as absenteeism, disciplinary actions, and performance management, utilizing relevant employment law knowledge.
  • Managing and updating the HR information system and personnel records, ensuring timely and accurate maintenance of employee data.
  • Overseeing the company’s Intranet and related documentation.
  • Preparing HR documentation, including employment contracts and related correspondence, and ensuring proper filing within the HR management system.
  • Conducting orientation sessions for new hires and exit interviews to gather valuable insights for the organization.
  • Facilitating training sessions for new employees during their onboarding process.
  • Assisting in the administration of the competency framework, including updating personnel records with documentation provided by management.
  • Generating and submitting monthly reports related to payroll, pensions, and employee benefits in a timely manner.
  • Providing reminders to management regarding essential HR processes such as performance reviews, probation assessments, and goal setting.
  • Monitoring employee absenteeism and reporting findings to the relevant management personnel.
  • Participating in ongoing enhancements of the HR service, including involvement in project-related initiatives.
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure the completeness and accuracy of HR records and information.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proven experience in organizing and communicating on various HR-related matters.
  • Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written.
