Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

At Blue Arrow, we take pride in our menu that emphasizes a distinctly British seasonal approach, complemented by a commitment to nose-to-tail cooking. Our culinary team is dedicated to crafting all menu items in-house, which includes the weekly butchery of whole carcasses sourced directly from the finest rare breed farmers across the country.

Candidate Profile:

We are in search of a culinary professional who possesses a genuine enthusiasm for outstanding cuisine. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and high standards. Previous experience in similar culinary environments, particularly with fresh food preparation, is essential. Exposure to establishments with a 2 AA-rosette standard, whether in a quality pub, hotel, or restaurant, is highly desirable.

Our head chef is committed to providing necessary training to bridge any experience gaps and enhance your culinary skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of daily and weekly preparations.
  • Maintain effective communication during service to manage orders efficiently.
  • Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.
  • Uphold kitchen hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Engage in various kitchen sections as required.
  • Oversee section ordering, stock management, and waste reduction.
