- Consultancy and Business Alignment:
- Be a visible part of the technology team, providing expert advice and strategic insights during the formation of projects and their subsequent delivery.
- Work to ensure the culture of Ecotricity, where Technology and the other departments are peers working for a shared goal, is championed and grown in every interaction.
- Demonstrated expertise within the last five years in one or more of the following areas: Web development (NodeJS, React, Angular), Salesforce, Databricks, AWS, energy billing systems, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional leadership skills, thriving in a dynamic and demanding development setting.
- A solid grasp of agile methodologies with a track record of successful project completions.
- High emotional intelligence with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
