Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Store Crew Member at our Exeter store. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Serve Customers: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to our customers, answering their queries and helping them find the products they need.
  • Process Sales and Refunds: Efficiently process sales, orders, and refunds at the tills, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.
  • Stock Management: Help to receive and process deliveries, restock shelves, and maintain a tidy and organized store environment.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets, maintain high standards of customer service, and support each other in achieving our goals.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment, responding to changing situations and priorities as needed.
