Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Director of Investor Relations. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Executive Management Team and contribute to the company's mission to make good health more affordable and accessible.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute investor relations strategies, including communications with current and prospective shareholders and research analysts.
- Lead the collection, analysis, and presentation of feedback to the company on investors' perceptions and opinions, brokerage security analysts' positions and summaries, relative stock price movements, and periodic ownership analysis.
- Collaborate with Business Development to analyze and execute research and analysis required for out- and in-license partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, and other strategic initiatives.
- Support the preparation of SEC filings with the legal and accounting staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and other external partners.
- Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders on investor relations and communications matters.
- At least 10 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with a strong background in investor relations and communications.
- Previous experience in banking or as a sell-side analyst is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial modeling.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise messages.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
