Join Our Team as a Front of House Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Front of House Supervisor to join our team at RedCat Pubs. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading by example, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and guiding your team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Enabler: Encourage and support a culture of learning and development, and talent retention by coaching team members, being courteous under pressure, and assisting with appraisals.
  • Lets' Grow Together: Be commercially aware of what it takes to grow a business and increase profitability through effective marketing initiatives and valuing customer feedback.
  • Positive Attitude: Provide unexpected surprises to the team and customers, and moments of care, being calm and considerate of fellow colleagues.
  • Compliance Management: Demonstrate due diligence in health and safety, food safety allergen awareness, and risk assessment according to RedCat policies.
  • Exceptionally Customer Focused: Be approachable, calm, and friendly, even in times of pressure.
  • A Product Expert: Be passionate about our offering and know everything about it.
  • Venue Maintenance: Ensure the ambiance of the venue is warm, welcoming, tidy, and safe, and communicate any issues clearly to senior management.
  • Stock and Cash Handling: Be confident using EPOS, software programs, manual systems to accurately manage, record, and report stock, cash, and rotas.
