Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs to improve staff skills and understanding in using legal applications.
  • Develop new joiner induction training and existing user training to improve skills.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest legal applications and technologies to ensure training is relevant and effective.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 2016 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Broad technical understanding of Legal IT software systems and services, including time recording and document management systems.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Arrangements:

This role involves a mix of office and remote working, with 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days working from home.
