Sellick Partnership - In House is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join their estate planning team on a permanent basis. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of administrators to deliver high standards of service and support to legal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of administrators to deliver operational work and meet set service level agreements (SLAs)
- Prioritize your own and the team's workload to ensure efficient delivery of tasks
- Provide training and support to develop the team and assist with recruitment
- Prepare management reports on team performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Experience as a legal administrator or previous team leader experience in a professional services industry
- Ability to inclusively lead, support, develop, and engage a diverse team to deliver on service levels in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and experience in handling large volumes of paperwork and inbound calls
