We are seeking an Application Support Technician to provide exceptional assistance to our clients regarding their ERP software. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical skills to effectively address customer inquiries.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of business operations and prior experience with ERP systems, preferably in a support role. Familiarity with key areas such as Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, MRP, Financials, Bookkeeping, or Inventory Management is crucial.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Logging service requests in the ERP system and troubleshooting issues.
  • Resolving customer queries and providing solutions.
  • Participating in software upgrades, installations, and user training as required.
