About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Unit4 system to ensure it is robust, secure, and fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement system changes to improve the Unit4 system's functionality and performance.
  • Provide technical support and issue resolution for end-users, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the Unit4 system complements our financial and governance responsibilities.
  • Support the ERP Manager in establishing and maintaining processes and procedures for effective and efficient service delivery.
About You

We are looking for someone with extensive Unit4 ERP experience, including system administration and development. You will have knowledge of continuous improvement and project management processes and procedures.

You will be an excellent communicator, comfortable working collaboratively with colleagues at all levels. The successful candidate will require strong organizational skills to manage multiple key deliverables, demonstrate customer focus, and have experience adhering to governance policies and procedures.
