This role is pivotal in supporting the organization’s ambitious growth trajectory within the recruitment sector.

Position: Finance Operations CoordinatorLocation: SurreyWorking Hours: Standard business hours, Monday to FridayKey Responsibilities:
  • Manage transactional finance tasks including Purchase ledger, Sales ledger, Credit control, and Bank reconciliations.
  • Oversee expenses payments and prepare invoices.
  • Administer weekly payroll for a significant number of contractors and monthly payroll for staff.
  • Conduct cash flow forecasting and manage CIS returns.
  • Ensure compliance with HMRC documentation and VAT submissions.
Essential Qualities:
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Well-organized with a solid background in finance administration.
Required Experience:
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar finance role.
  • Familiarity with Xero accounting software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • AAT qualification is preferred.
  • Experience in the recruitment or construction sectors is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, particularly JobAdder, is an advantage.
