About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Expert to join our team at AJ Bell. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in the timely and effective selection and implementation of a new Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Planning and Execution of a new GRC system across the Finance, Internal Control, Risk and Internal Audit functions.
  • Develop Detailed Project Plans that consider all stages of the selection and implementation process, from initial analysis and design through to development, testing, and deployment.
  • Establish and Maintain Effective Relationships with project stakeholders and external 3rd party suppliers.
  • Manage Project Timelines, Resources, and Budgets effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Provide Regular Reporting on project status to sponsors, stakeholders, and executive management.
  • Identify and Manage Project Risks, Issues, and Dependencies.

About You

  • Proven Experience in a Project Management role and a successful track record of end-to-end system implementation.
  • Analytical Mindset with close attention to detail, and the drive and ambition to challenge convention, and to make a difference in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
