About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at AJ Bell. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and implementation of a new Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system across our Finance, Internal Control, Risk and Internal Audit functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement detailed project plans that consider all stages of the selection and implementation process, from initial analysis and design through to development, testing, and deployment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective and trusted relationships with project stakeholders and external 3rd party suppliers.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Reporting and Communication: Regularly report on project status to sponsors, stakeholders, and executive management.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of successful system implementation and project management experience. You should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
