Fire & Security Lead Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fire & Security Lead Engineer to join our team at Marlowe Fire & Security Group. As a Fire & Security Lead Engineer, you will play a key role in providing technical guidance and support to our engineering team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality fire and security solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and plans to ensure optimal performance and service delivery.
  • Respond to customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing solutions and support as required.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Service Manager to manage the engineering team, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new business strategies and initiatives, driving growth and expansion.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team, ensuring accurate and effective quoting and proposal development.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies and solutions, ensuring Marlowe Fire & Security Group remains at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience as a multi-disciplined Fire & Security Engineer, with a strong technical background in the electrical/electronic industry.
  • Supervisory experience in a previous engineering role, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • A full UK driving license, with a clean driving record.
