Position Overview:
As a Lead Manufacturing Engineer, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive the effective design and planning of manufacturing processes. Your role will involve defining methods, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and pathways for both new and existing products.

Your expertise will be crucial in identifying the necessary equipment and tools required for the team to meet manufacturing objectives in alignment with customer specifications and the company's stringent quality standards.

You will enhance productivity by evaluating the arrangement of equipment, workflow, assembly techniques, and production yields. Additionally, you will support daily production operations to ensure a seamless flow of manufacturing activities.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, day shift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the introduction of new products into manufacturing using data-driven, repeatable process methodologies.
  • Ensure that all work instructions, routes, BOMs, equipment, tools, technical drawings, risk assessments, and facilities are executed promptly while upholding quality standards and cost objectives.
  • Monitor projects and goals to ensure they remain aligned with the original intent.
  • Prepare concise, data-driven reports for senior leadership at each project gate exit review.
  • Maintain regular communication with production teams to ensure alignment of priorities.
Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to manage a high workload independently and prioritize tasks according to established goals and objectives.
  • Technical authority for products manufactured and processed within your designated area of responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience in the general application of electromechanical engineering principles.
Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the deployment of new production processes.
  • Competence in process data collection.
  • Familiarity with FMEA, PFMEA, and DFMEAs (Design for Manufacture).
  • Knowledge of production and process control plans.
