Job Title: Aviation Manufacturing Engineer

Line Up Aviation is seeking an experienced Aviation Manufacturing Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of manufacturing engineering within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive overall product and process improvements.
  • Support the development and introduction of new products in line with client requirements.
  • Drive and deliver prototypes for process or design validation.
  • Lead and coordinate cell manufacturing activities between Product Engineers, Operations, ME, and Quality and Manufacturing Assurance teams.
  • Plan, deploy, monitor, and control site-level improvement initiatives to drive Productivity.
Requirements:
  • Technical expertise in products manufactured and processes within their cell(s).
  • Proven experience in the general application of engineering, including mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing.
  • Previous experience of participating in and actioning continuous improvement projects.
  • Experience of PFMEA is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Education and Training:
  • Essential - Manufacturing Engineering experience.
  • Relevant Degree.
