Artisan Bread Specialist

We are seeking dedicated Artisan Bread Specialists to join our esteemed bakery team during the night shifts.
As a well-regarded establishment, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality baked goods to our retail outlet and numerous wholesale partners. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in the diverse range of our freshly crafted products.
We are looking for both a Junior Artisan Baker and a more seasoned Night Artisan Baker to enhance our team. The ideal candidates should possess some background in bread production and demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting, engaging in various baking tasks.
The Junior Artisan Baker will primarily support the team and benefit from hands-on training provided on-site.
Our bakers operate on a rotational shift schedule, averaging 40 hours per week across five days. Responsibilities will encompass all facets of the bakery, including operating ovens, working at tables, shaping dough, and occasionally preparing cakes and finishing products.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
