Store Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall daily operations of your store, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Shift Leaders and colleagues, providing regular coaching and feedback to ensure high performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, store appearance, and operational efficiency.
- Manage store budgets, resources, and inventory to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, employment laws, and company policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives, share best practices, and drive innovation.
- Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers, partners, and community groups to enhance store reputation and customer engagement.
- Manage store services, including Post Office, Evri Parcelshop, and vending solutions.
- Implement business changes and new ways of working, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to store operations.
- Ensure store compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, including recruitment, training, and employee development.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Monitor and address customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
