About Our Business Support Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Support Assistant to join our cross-functional Facilities team at Minster Law. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing essential support services to our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Facilities team in the management of health and safety across the business.
  • Assist with the general day-to-day running of the Minster Law office and support systems.
  • Manage various inboxes, responding, actioning and prioritising incoming emails and tasks.
  • Undertake stock audits and provide support for the facilities/post room and administration team as required.
  • Support with the management of health and safety across the business.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service, communication and telephone skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines with good time management skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Competent in using Microsoft office packages.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience working in a similar facilities support role.
  • Maintain a positive 'can do' attitude.
  • Take opportunities to develop and are committed to developing your career in personal injury.
  • Passionate about supporting local communities and eager to get involved in our initiatives.
