We are seeking a motivated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team at Tenon FM. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a better day, every day by maintaining clean and serviceable areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that assigned areas are clean, presentable, and serviceable at all times.
- Present and conduct yourself in a professional, courteous, and appropriate manner in accordance with company policies, procedures, guidelines, and values.
- Carry out all duties required in connection with cleaning and waste collection within designated premises.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks and work collaboratively with the team.
About You:
- Good time keeping skills.
- Positive, professional, and 'can-do' attitude.
- Friendly and helpful attitude towards customers.
- Good communication skills.
