Cleaning Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleaning Assistant to join our team at Lidl in Deutschland. As a Cleaning Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our stores, ensuring a positive experience for our customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the store's appearance by thoroughly cleaning all areas, including trolley bays, car parks, and outside spaces.
- Operate industrial cleaning machinery with confidence and efficiency.
- Clean the welfare area, including toilets, waste, and recycling sections.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed.
- Ensure that hygiene and Health and Safety standards are upheld at all times.
Requirements
- Experience in cleaning or maintenance is beneficial but not essential.
- A hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail are essential.
- Passion for delivering exceptional results and a commitment to teamwork are required.

- An extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts.
