Person Specification:

  • No previous experience is required.
  • A degree-level qualification in business management or a similar subject is essential.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills at all levels and to a varied audience are required.
  • The desire to demonstrate ownership of the role and the confidence to influence the direction of the organization in terms of product and capability development and strategic goals is essential.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite is essential, and experience with or knowledge of Microsoft applications potentially up to and including Microsoft Dynamics and AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT would be advantageous.
