Site Agent - Leeds, Civils UK

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our civil projects in Leeds. This will involve coordinating and monitoring staff and subcontractor performances, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate site personnel to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a site agent or similar role, with a strong background in civil projects.
  • 6+ years of experience in civil construction, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and to budget.
  • 1+ years of experience working with Irish/UK H&S/building regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
