Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Protocol National Limited. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs, including Autism and ADHD, in a Hinckley-based school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN, promoting positive behavior and academic progress.
  • Work collaboratively with Learning Managers to track student progress and report back on their achievements.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities to stimulate learning and promote social skills.
  • Support students with Social Emotional and Mental Health needs, including anxiety and depression.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant in a school setting.
  • Kind and caring personality, with a willingness to be hands-on and proactive.
  • Experience working with students with SEN, including Autism and ADHD.
  • DBS check or willingness to apply for one.
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle for transport between local sites.
