Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at Contract Personnel. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for negotiating sales agreements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying Applicants: Qualify applicants to company standards, ensuring that they meet the necessary criteria for a successful sale.
  • Viewing Arrangements: Arrange viewings for potential buyers, ensuring that they are accompanied by a sales representative.
  • Negotiating Offers: Negotiate offers on behalf of our clients, ensuring that they receive the best possible price for their property.
  • Follow-up and Feedback: Follow up with buyers and sellers after viewings, providing feedback and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as booking valuations and arranging for solicitor referrals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Negotiator within a real estate environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team Player: Ability to work as part of a team, providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
  • Local Area Knowledge: Local area knowledge would be an advantage, but not essential.
