Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and inspirational Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our educational support team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver lessons across the whole school, from Nursery to Year 6.
  • Teach and cover PE lessons as part of the cover timetable.
  • Assess children's progress and focus on their next steps.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to raise standards and enhance outcomes for students.
Requirements
  • Meet Higher Level Teaching Assistant standards or equivalent qualification or experience.
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills, equivalent to NVQ level 2 in English and maths.
  • Training in relevant learning strategies, such as literacy.
