Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Operator to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of production activities to meet customer demands and deadlines.
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve production-related issues and improve processes.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new production procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures.
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £14.59.
  • A full-time temporary assignment with a minimum duration of 3 months.
  • A Monday to Thursday 8am-4pm schedule, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
