Flexibility for rotating shifts, including both day and night, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing computerized production systems
  • Supervising the intake of raw materials
  • Performing warehouse operations and forklift operation
  • Working with both bulk and small packaging lines
  • Operating a bulk outloading system and loading vehicles
  • Conducting product quality assessments
  • Ensuring hygiene standards within the mill
  • Adhering to all Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations

Skills Required:

  • Strong educational background with GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
  • Proficiency in IT with experience in computerized manufacturing equipment
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Positive demeanor, dependability, and a robust work ethic
  • Experience in animal feed production or an agricultural background is advantageous
  • A mechanical background is beneficial
  • Familiarity with conveyor operations is a plus
  • Forklift and backhoe certifications are preferred but not mandatory
