Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Plan and implement effective store layouts, visual merchandising, and product displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, inventory, and cash handling to minimize losses and optimize profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
