Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Water Treatment Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our water treatment systems, working closely with our customers and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and Veolia's internal policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor treatment performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop customized solutions to meet their water treatment requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on water treatment best practices and Veolia's products and services.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of treatment performance, customer interactions, and other relevant data.
Requirements
- Chemistry or Chemical Engineering degree or equivalent scientific degree qualification.
- Valid UK driving license and ability to travel within assigned area, including overnight stops.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with multiple managers and teams.
- Goal-oriented self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
