Core Responsibilities:

Design and implement engaging lessons that captivate, challenge, and motivate students in Year 4, in accordance with the National Curriculum.

Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom setting where every student feels appreciated, supported, and encouraged to reach their highest potential.

Employ assessment tools to monitor student progress, provide tailored assistance, and ensure all learners achieve significant academic and personal growth.

Collaborate effectively with fellow educators, parents, and external partners to support the comprehensive development of students.

Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience in Key Stage 2 education.

A comprehensive understanding of the lower KS2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies to cater to the varied needs of students.

Strong communication abilities, both spoken and written, with the capacity to foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and learning, with a dedication to continuous professional growth and reflective practice.

Additional Information:

This role is full-time, with a temporary contract duration. Salary will be competitive and aligned with experience and qualifications.
