Position Overview

Are you passionate about making a difference in students' lives?

Teaching Personnel is actively seeking dedicated Tutors to provide tailored instruction in English, Maths, and Science to students on a one-on-one basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized educational support to students across various settings.
  • Engage with learners at different academic levels, primarily focusing on Key Stage 3 and 4.
  • Prepare and customize lesson plans and educational resources.
  • Assess student progress and maintain detailed reports on their learning journey.
  • Address the unique challenges faced by students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in working with students exhibiting challenging behavior.
  • Knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum is advantageous.
  • A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.
Work Schedule

Opportunities for both part-time and full-time hours are available, with most students receiving between 4 to 15 hours of educational support weekly. Additional after-school tutoring sessions are also offered.

Compensation

Compensation ranges from £20 to £25 per hour, depending on experience.
