Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, snacks, and drinks to residents, adhering to established guidelines and protocols.
- Develop a deep understanding of residents' preferences and dietary needs, and work to accommodate their requests.
- Collaborate with the Chef/Cook and Home Manager to ensure seamless meal service and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Contribute to the overall well-being of residents by promoting a positive and respectful dining atmosphere.
