Job Title: Waking Night Adult Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Adult Support Worker to join our team at Options Autism, a national provider of specialist education, care, and therapeutic services for individuals with autism, complex needs, and learning difficulties.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality support to adults with autism and complex needs. As a Waking Night Adult Support Worker, you will be responsible for performing nightly tasks, such as personal care routines, and supporting individuals to develop independent life skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform nightly tasks, including personal care routines and making breakfast
  • Support individuals to develop independent life skills
  • Safeguarding of occupants at all times
  • Accurate record keeping
