Contact Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Contact Worker to join our team at First Choice Selection Services. As a Contact Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals and families in need, working closely with Qualified Social Workers to assess and provide support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and support clients with various needs, including young children, older people, mental health, and families.
- Work alongside Qualified Social Workers to provide comprehensive support and services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care or social work setting, preferably with a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in a care-related subject.
- NISCC registration and a full driving license valid for the UK, with business insurance and access to a car.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
