About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Contact Workers. As a Contact Worker, you will be working alongside Qualified Social Workers to provide support and assessment to clients in various settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assessment to clients in accordance with their needs and goals
  • Work collaboratively with Qualified Social Workers to develop and implement care plans
  • Contribute to the assessment and support of clients with mental health needs, young children, older people, and families
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • NISCC registration
  • Full driving licence valid for the UK with business insurance
  • Access to a car for travel
  • Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in a care-related subject
  • Previous experience in a care setting (minimum 6 months)
