We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistant to join our team at Safe Hands Homecare in Scarborough and Pickering. As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide personal care and support to clients with a wide range of needs, illnesses, and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support clients with mobility issues, including transfers and mobility aids
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care or a related field is desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)
