Job Overview

As Head of Hospitality, you will be responsible for driving revenue and profit through proactive sales and marketing strategies, while ensuring seamless hospitality sales processes and procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a successful B2B sales strategy to maximize revenue and profit.
  • Lead the hospitality sales team to deliver exceptional sales processes and procedures.
  • Balance excellence in hospitality sales operational processes with achievement of financial targets.
  • Collaborate with the wider operational teams to deliver service excellence that exceeds client expectations.
  • Manage seating inventory allocated to hospitality by event, working in conjunction with onsite clients.
  • Develop strategic B2B sales plans for forthcoming events.
  • Manage package pricing, product development, and sales campaigns to maximize revenue and profit.
  • Report on campaigns sales performance and adapt activity accordingly.
  • Manage the budgeting process and P&L management.
  • Sales negotiation and client presentations.
  • Cross-selling opportunities with key departments.
Requirements
  • Renowned expert in the hospitality industry with excellent understanding of hospitality sales processes, package architecture, inventory management, seat manifest, and ticketing fulfillment.
  • Previous experience as Head of Hospitality or similar role at a stadium, arena, or large venue.
  • Working knowledge of hospitality systems and processes.
  • Team management and leadership skills.
  • Financial planning and management.
  • Excellent communication skills with key stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and alcohol licensing requirements.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven thinking.
  • Experience in financial reporting and commercial understanding.
