Job Opportunity

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join their team in a commercial environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repairing and maintaining plumbing systems, including toilets, sinks, and pipework
  • Performing water treatment and waste water treatment tasks
  • Carrying out minor installation works and repairs
  • Assisting other trades on site as needed
  • Conducting planned and reactive maintenance tasks, including AHU and FCU filter changes, boiler and chiller checks, fire alarm and sprinkler testing, and pump and motor maintenance
Requirements:
  • City and Guilds qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing
  • Desirable: City and Guilds qualification in Water Treatment and Legionella control within hot and cold water systems
  • Previous experience in commercial plumbing and maintenance
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance material
