Position Overview:

We are in search of a proactive and seasoned professional to become a part of our team as a Regional Sales Manager at Swarovski. This position entails overseeing sales achievements, executing strategic initiatives, and guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience across our retail locations in the London region.

  • Oversee sales outcomes and profitability objectives within your region
  • Develop and implement annual strategies for retail locations while upholding brand integrity
  • Prioritize the retention of top talent and effectively manage employee turnover
  • Ensure a consistent brand experience and high levels of customer satisfaction across all interactions
  • Provide constructive feedback and evaluations on retail performance
  • Assess customer satisfaction and drive enhancements in service quality

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, excellent communication abilities, and a strong focus on customer service. Familiarity with the Greater London area is advantageous.
