Job Title: Associate Director

Turner & Townsend Group is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead major programmes in the Midlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering project controls across multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency of plans, cost, safety, environment, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement project controls strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Lead the programme controls function, monitoring and reviewing plans, costs, safety, environment, and performance reporting.
  3. Review and monitor project proposals to ensure realistic resource plans are developed for delivery.
  4. Identify resourcing requirements and liaise with planning functions to resolve resourcing issues.
  5. Provide day-to-day support to Programme and Project Managers in reporting on plans, costs, safety, environment, and programme performance.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions.
  2. Proficiency in PC operating systems and multiple discipline-specific software applications.
  3. Intermediate level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up work processes.
  4. Knowledge of engineering and construction management.
