Medacs Healthcare is engaged in executing a new Functional Assessment Services contract for the UK Department for Work and Pensions, which involves conducting over 3.5 million health and disability assessments across the nation over a five-year timeframe.

Position Summary:

We are expanding our operations in the North England region and seeking a Clinical Support Manager to oversee a team of healthcare professionals. This role is crucial in ensuring the provision of high-quality services that align with contractual obligations through effective recruitment, training, and auditing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain robust relationships between the Client and Health Assessment Services.
  • Collaborate with the Management Team to recruit and retain healthcare professionals.
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions for Health Practitioners.
  • Lead and support initiatives for change management.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide medical guidance and conduct assessments as necessary.
  • Manage and supervise support plans for healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct training programs for new team members.
  • Recruit and select skilled individuals for the team.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should possess HP qualifications and have experience in PIP mentorship and team leadership.
