As a Male Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the gentleman's safety and well-being, while also promoting his independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to the gentleman in the community
- Assist with daily tasks, including personal care and medication management
- Accompany the gentleman on public transport and engage in activities he enjoys
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure the gentleman's medical needs are met
Requirements:
