Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define program and project requirements, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Program Management:
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
    • Line management of regional projects and other project team resources, as needed.
    • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects within the regions, ensuring they are completed within defined scope, timelines, and budget parameters.
    • Collaborate proactively with product, technology, and wider business teams to identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues as necessary.
    • Regularly monitor and report project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Identify and assess potential risks and issues that may impact program delivery.
    • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful program outcomes.
  • Leadership and PMO Development:
    • Provide visionary leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for the project teams.
    • Establish clear performance metrics and goals, conducting regular reviews and providing constructive feedback.
    • Contribute to the growing global PMO function and best practices, including deploying and adhering to new standards and ways of working.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in transformational change managing programs and/or projects contributing to strategic goals.
  • Demonstrable, hands-on experience of:
    • Successful delivery of $500k-$5M+ projects and programs of work.
    • Project and Program delivery methodologies and best practices.
