Diversity and Inclusion Manager

Morgan Law is seeking a seasoned Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our EDI strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver innovative EDI strategies and programs that promote a culture of inclusion and diversity.
- Provide expert guidance to HR leaders and council officials on EDI matters, including performance management, leadership development, and colleague engagement.
- Collaborate with the HR team and OD department to drive organizational change and development initiatives.
- Lead on the development of inclusive people management frameworks and policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing and delivering EDI strategies in the public sector.
- CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of EDI principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
